We're back! We spent a little over a week down in central Illinois celebrating Grace's birthday and visiting my husband's family. Now we're settling back in at home and ready to start looking at monkeys this week.
I haven't shown this to Jonathan yet, but here's the monkey sensory bin I created:
It has brown aquarium rock, green and yellow pompoms, some fake trees, and pipe cleaner "vines" for the monkeys from our monkey toob to hang on. I'll give him the usual spoons, cups, and tweezers to practice transferring and pouring. He's been loving these sensory bins, so I think he'll have fun with this one. :)

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! I love it!! You make the cutest bins.
ReplyDeleteWhat an AWESOME bin!! I love it. :) Super cute.
ReplyDeleteAsa does well with the clothespins. He has improved greatly since March (when I first introduced them), although I usually have to remind him what end to pinch the first time.
Silas wants nothing to do with them. lol He gets very frustrated too. :)
This is too cute! I love the pipe cleaner vines! Thanks for linking up with Montessori Monday! I featured your post at the Living Montessori Now Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/LivingMontessoriNow
